No. Users should not send passwords, tokens, webhook secrets, private keys or backend addresses.

The QUNKE FB Assistant / Messenger Service helps receive, organize and respond to bicycle parts inquiries from Messenger or connected Meta surfaces.

Purpose

Receive and organize customer inquiries about bicycle brake rotors, pedals, rear derailleur jockey wheels and OEM/ODM custom bicycle parts.
Help prepare replies based on available product information and inquiry details.
Route commercial terms that require confirmation to QUNKE staff.

Human Confirmation

Quotations, discounts, delivery time, inventory, MOQ exceptions, free samples, payment terms, exclusive authorization and other commercial commitments require confirmation by QUNKE staff before they are treated as final.

Data Use

QUNKE does not sell user data. Messenger and inquiry data are used for customer communication, RFQ handling, abuse prevention and service improvement under controlled access rules.
