FB Assistant / Messenger Service

The QUNKE FB Assistant / Messenger Service is a customer message assistance workflow used to receive, organize and help respond to bicycle parts inquiries from Messenger or connected Meta surfaces.

Purpose

Receive and organize customer inquiries about bicycle brake rotors, pedals, rear derailleur jockey wheels and OEM/ODM custom bicycle parts.
Prepare draft replies or controlled responses based on public product information and internal review rules.
Route high-risk commercial questions to human confirmation.

Human Confirmation Required

Quotations, discounts, delivery time, inventory, MOQ exceptions, free samples, payment terms, exclusive authorization and other high-impact commercial commitments require confirmation by QUNKE staff before they are treated as final.

Data Use

QUNKE does not sell user data. Messenger and inquiry data are used for customer communication, RFQ handling, abuse prevention and service improvement under controlled access rules.
