Sample & Trial Order
Use this six-step process to move from an initial product requirement to sample evaluation and bulk order discussion.
Step 1: Send Product Requirements
Share the product, size or specification, expected quantity, destination, and a drawing or photo if available.
Step 2: Technical Review
QUNKE reviews the specification, manufacturing feasibility, and any details that need clarification.
Step 3: Sample / Trial Arrangement
The sample scope, quantity, and commercial terms are confirmed according to the actual project requirements.
Step 4: Sample Evaluation
The buyer tests the sample and provides feedback. Evaluation may cover dimension, fit, finish, packaging, and other confirmed requirements.
Step 5: Specification Confirmation
QUNKE and the buyer confirm the final product and project requirements before moving forward.
Step 6: Bulk Order Discussion
The discussion then covers quantity, packaging, production, commercial terms, and delivery arrangements.
Commercial Notes
MOQ, pricing, sample arrangements and lead time depend on the product specification, quantity and project requirements. These terms will be confirmed with the buyer before the order proceeds.
What to Prepare by Product Type
For bicycle brake rotors, prepare diameter, thickness, mounting interface, quantity and application; the Brake Rotor RFQ Checklist can help organize the inquiry. For bicycle pedals, include body style, axle or thread requirement, bearing structure, expected quantity and any branding or packaging needs; use the Pedal RFQ Checklist as a reference. For oversized pulley cage systems, send the derailleur family, pulley combination, color requirement and quantity, then review the Jockey Wheel Compatibility Checklist.
If the product is custom or outside the current standard range, send the available drawing, sample or reference photo and review the OEM / ODM process.
