Braking Track Material
All confirmed braking tracks use 2Cr13 stainless steel (SUS420 series).
6-Bolt Hardware
6-bolt rotors are supplied with 6 hex-socket rotor bolts and an Allen key.
Center Lock Structure
Center Lock rotors have a dedicated lock base pressed into the rotor body. A dedicated lock cover is supplied as an accessory.
Mounting Patterns
44 mm, 54 mm and 68 mm are different 6-bolt mounting patterns. 54/68 mm versions are not interchangeable with standard 44 mm mounting.

Quality Inspection
All QUNKE bicycle brake rotors follow a confirmed runout tolerance of ±0.1 mm and hardness standard of HRC 39 ±3 (HRC 36–42). Inspection can also include dimensions, appearance, mounting fit, packaging and buyer-specific checkpoints according to the confirmed project requirements.
Optional 6-Bolt to Center Lock Adapter
AD-6B-CL: for standard 44 mm 6-bolt rotors to Center Lock hubs. 6061 aluminum alloy; approx. 16.9 g for adapter body + cover set. Available colors include black, purple, silver, red, gold and blue. This adapter is optional and is not for 54 mm or 68 mm mounting patterns.

QUNKE can review custom rotor projects from drawings, samples, reference photos and technical specifications. Options can include rotor structure, dimensions, mounting pattern, color, marking/logo, packaging and buyer-defined inspection requirements.
